You do not have to be a member to buy on Ester Elenoras web site.
You can pay by Bank or Credit Card through our partner DIBS. We guarantee that all communication with the bank is in a very safe manner. By using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer), we guarantee that no unauthorized person can see your card details. All credit card information is immediately encrypted so that no more than you can see the information. Control of the card will be made by our partner DIBS who checks that the card is valid and that the amount is available.
If you are under 18 years you can not place orders with us.
By law you must agree that the treatment of your personal data. Ester Elenora will never let anyone else use your personal information if you do not accept this. You always have the right to see your personal information held about you. If they are incorrect or incomplete, please contact us for correction.
Ester Elenora reserves the right for any misprints on this website. Pictures of the products may appear differently from the true appearance.
Ester Elenora reserves the right to adjust prices and possible price errors before a purchase has been implemented.
Ester Elenora reserves the right to change the range and have the right to remove goods from range before a purchase has been implemented.
Prices include VAT at 25%. For orders shipped outside of the EU Ester Elenora does not pay for any additional taxes and fees required by the importing government of the country.
In the event of war, hostilities, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, Ester Elenora will apply to Force Majeure. This means that this agreement does not need to be fulfilled. If this occurs, we will do our utmost to notify the customer.
You can pay with: VISA and MASTERCARD.
Ester Elenora do not charge extra when you pay by VISA and MASTECARD. We do not accept American Express or Diners.
Ester Elenora uses encrypted data transmission. Payment and personal information is made through secure websites. We cooperate with VISA and MasterCard (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code) to be able to offer you a fast and secure payment process. All credit card information is immediately encrypted so that no more than you can see the information.
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Normal delivery time to it`s destination is about 2-4 business days within Sweden, about 4-7 business days within EU and about 7-15 business days to the rest of the world.
In order to be able to pick your order up faster within Sweden, we recommend the SMS notification. Enter your cell phone number when placing an order to get the delivery information as an SMS instead of the mailbox.
Deliveries within Sweden will be sent with the Swedish Postal service.
Deliveries abroad will be shipped by UPS.
The parcel will be shipped to your local post office/delivery point.
The parcel arrives to your local delivery point and you are notified of this, either through a letter in your mailbox or through an SMS if you selected this when ordering. Your parcel are available at your local delivery point during 2 weeks, after 2 weeks the parcel will be sent back to us. Unretrieved parcels will be charged with SEK 150, the amount will be deducted from your purchase.
Remember to always be able to identify yourself when you pick your parcel up.

VAT for non EU country is paid I their own country at entry.
When the parcel is sent from our storage you will receive the tracking number in order to be able to track your delivery. If the parcel is delayed more than 14 days, it is your responsibility to find out what's happened with your shipment. If you haven´t received the notification you can pick the delivery up using the tracking number and identification.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
All parcels are labeled with a tracking number. With this tracking number you can visit UPS website, www.ups.com, to search and follow your shipment.
If the parcel has a visible injury that may have affected the condition of the item, make a complaint to UPS directly at the delivery point. Then contact Ester Elenora Customer Service: email@example.com and report it.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CLAIM
Ester Elenora complies with the Swedish distance selling law where you have 14 days to return a product in order to get your money back. The 14 days start from the day you have received the order. For orders outside of EU Ester Elenora do not pay for any custom fees that might occur outside Sweden.
The product has to be in its original condition, in its original bag and with the brand name tags all intact. If the tags are removed or tampered with the return is not valid. Take care of the goods, fold gently and wrap the unused product well before you pack it in a parcel/package. In case the package is destroyed due to poor packing we will not refund the full amount. Tape or address cards must never be directly on the product's original packaging.
Upon replacement, return or claim, we follow the Swedish law; Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce.
If you are not satisfied with the product, return the item. You have the right to return within 14 days. Fill out the return form that is enclosed in the package. Always indicate the reason for the return! You can return your parcel using any postal service.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
We’ll send you an e-mail as soon as we’ve received your return back at our warehouse in its original condition.
Once received, and we’ve approved it, we’ll apply your refund to your original payment method. Shipment cost is not refunded.
Shipments / Packages that are not picked up within 14 days will be shipped back to Ester Elenora. In case this happens a fee of 150 SEK, will be charged.
We´re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they´ve been received by our warehouse. Return the product enclosed with the return form to us. Use the enclosed return slip to put on the package. You can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.
Any refund is normally made within 1-2 weeks (by law, a maximum of 30 days). We will drop you an e-mail to let you know once this has been done. Once you’ve been refunded, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to show back into your account..
If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
Email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discovered the defect.
When we have received the goods and the claim is approved, we will correct the error if possible, and will return the product. If the fault cannot be remedied, we will send a new product provided it is in stock. Would none of the above two options be possible, we will refund your money. We will refund the amount to your Bank/Credit Card within two weeks (by law, a maximum of 30 days).
